Dishon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Dodoma (UDOM) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation from the Institute of Tax Administration. He is a certified tax consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA). Dishon brings over 11 years of public practice experience and has developed a deep understanding of financial controls, processes, and taxation strategies.

Dishon has a broad range of experience, having worked in both profit and non-profit organizations. He previously worked as the Finance Manager at BRITEN, an NGO, where he was responsible for financial management, budgeting, and reporting. He also worked as an Accountant at Creative Inter Trader Ltd, a manufacturing company, overseeing financial operations and reporting.

In addition, Dishon has provided tax consultancy services for over 30 companies, offering expert guidance on tax compliance and strategy. He has also been the primary consultant for preparing financial statements for these organizations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

His career spans multiple sectors, including NGOs, manufacturing, and various commercial industries. Dishon is known for his strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to mentor teams while delivering results. His expertise includes financial management, tax consultancy, due diligence, and business forecasting.

Jordan holds a Bachelor degree of Accounting from University of Dodoma (UDOM) and he graduated with honors. He is a certified accountant (CPA) with National Board of Accountant and Auditors. Jordan has over 11 years of experience in providing audit and advisory services to clients across various industries. He has a broad experience in auditing a range of sectors mostly in non-government organization, such as DFID Funded Projects (NGO), Save the Children, (NGO), Tanzania Health Association, Forum for International Corporation (FIC), Centre for Widow and Children, Paralegal Aid Centre Shinyanga, Bugando Medical Centre, Southern African Human Rights, The International Union For Conservation of Nature, KOWAK Hospital, Building Rural Income Through Enterprise (BRITEN)-NGO, Oxfarm GB, T-MARC Tanzania, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, HakiElimu, Soma Bibilia.

His experience goes further to other sectors such as Financial Services, Professional Associations, Commercial and Telecom Industry-based.

Timothy, holds a Bachelor degree of Science with Education from University of Dar Es Salaam and he graduated with honors. He is a certified accountant (CPA) with National Board of Accountant and Auditors. Timothy has 9 years of public practice experience, He worked with KLM Consult, TMC Associates, BK Associates, Sherbila & CO, and HB Mekonsult as Auditor.
